Refund policy
If you are thinking about purchasing an item and looking at our return policy:
Please first reach out to us for assistance before purchasing. If you are unsure about a style, colour, coverage or if this is your first wig or topper.
Nobody like returns, its costly for the buyer, seller and not great for the environment.
Please consider reaching out first, so we can made sure you are getting a piece that works for you!

Return Policy:
Returns are accepted but must be returned on day 2, day 1 is the day it is delivered.
Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. Item must have a tracking number, if item is not insured and item is lost, a refund will not be issued.
Please send the tracking number to hello@prettywigstoyou.com before end of business day on day 2. Item is not returnable if tracking information is not received. NO EXCEPTIONS. A free exchange will be considered IF we spoken prior to your purchase.
All returns will be thoroughly inspected. There is a 15% re-stocking fee and all items must be returned in the following condition:
- No odors (perfume, smoke, hair products)
- Lace intact and not altered in any way
- If clips are left open when item shipped and received, there will be a $15 deduction from your refund.
Refund will be processed on the 1st and 15th of each month after receiving the item(s), minus shipping and return fee. Refund will be returned by method of payment received by initial transaction. *International fees, that are charged through payment systems, will be deducted if they are required for refund.
